the hotel was super nice, the room was comfy and had amazin views from the balcony. had a good time chillin at the 2 jacuzzis and 2 pools, and the gardens were so pretty. the staff was really helpful and friendly too, made us feel at home.

the check-in process was kinda slow, and the cleaning could've been better as we found some dust under the furniture.

Our Superior Studio was spacious and well-furnished, which was a plus. The daily cleaning kept everything tidy. The view of the hillside from our room was stunning, especially in the evenings. the Wi-Fi connection was pretty spotty, which was kind of annoying. it was a comfy place to crash after exploring Funchal.

Oh, the Adega and Miramar restaurants are an absolute delight! We relished better meals there compared to the buffet fare. Plus, the staff at Miramar deserve a standing ovation for their warmth and professionalism, truly making us feel at home. Can't wait to return just for their hospitality!

The room was wonderful with amazing views and two inviting swimming pools, but the photos made the pools look larger than they actually were. I would definitely choose this place again!

We had a superior studio which was super comfortable with kitchenette, refrigerator, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had a bathtub and free toiletries. The outdoor pools were perfect for a dip, and the gardens were lush and pretty. Every day the room got cleaned, keeping things tidy. a great place to chill out and relax.

This place suits me perfectly, offering a great outdoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness centre. The staff helped with my wake-up call on my first stay, and they are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend visiting the sauna! I'm coming back for a weekend.
